Alex Sazonovs is a PhD student in the group. Originally from Latvia, he came to the UK to study computer science at the University of St Andrews. Alex is now working on the analysis of our IBD 15X whole-genome sequencing data. Alex also led a pharmacogenetics study to identify genetic variants underlying immunogenicity to anti-TNF therapy.
