Hanna Najgebauer (Poland)

Hanna joined Anderson Team as a computational postdoctoral fellow to drive a collaborative project funded by Open Targets. The project aims at investigating the role of transcriptional mechanisms in regulating human intestinal epithelial cell function in health and IBD. Prior to joining Sanger, Hanna worked at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) on computational methods for scoring cancer in vitro models based on their clinical relevance and covered genomic heterogeneity observed in primary disease. Hanna obtained PhD in Cellular and Molecular Physiology from University of Liverpool.
