Martin Kelemen (Hungary)

After a short career in web application development, I completed a degree in Human Genetics at UCL with an emphasis on computational methods.
I recently joined the Anderson group as PhD student, via the University of Cambridge's Mathematical Genomics and Medicine programme, to focus on developing practical machine learning methods for genomic data. I hope that my work will improve our understanding of how genetic differences influence variation in complex disease risk.

In my free time I like to keep fit, perfect my life drawing skills and enjoy listening to classy europop bands like CC Catch and Modern Talking.
