I'm a Londoner, born and raised (mostly). For my undergraduate degree, I stayed in London and studied Biological Sciences at UCL. I then followed this up with a Bioinformatics MSc at Copenhagen University where my thesis project revolved around developing a pipeline for integrating GWAS data with single-cell transcriptomics. I joined the Anderson lab in 2020 as a PhD student and my project focuses on using scRNA-seq to interpret the genetics of inflammatory bowel diseases. In my free time I like to watch football, play video games, listen to audiobooks and explore the great British outdoors.
