After completing my MSc in Genomic Medicine at St George's University & King's College London, I spent five and a half years at the European Bioinformatics Institute, working for large-scale genomics resources such as the European Genome Archive (EGA) and the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA), where I gained experience in human genetics and pathogen data. I really enjoyed working on a project to deposit and link the ENA's first multi-omic SARS-CoV-2 cohort dataset, and I am now excited to return to human genomics and to focus on multi-omic IBD data with the brilliant Anderson lab. Outside of bioinformatics, you'll find me practicing karate, cooking and reading!
